In 1996 Craig opened BoJono's Pizzeria, a North side Chicago pizza, pasta and sandwich neighborhood spot.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Craig Rutherford found his calling to cuisine at a young age at the Chicago Yacht Club. As a result he enrolled in The Culinary School of Kendall College and embarked on what would become his new career and passion.
